Cascarones

Sahara helped Jared last year make his Cascarones for Spanish class and this year he helped her.

*Decorated, confetti-filled cascarones may be thrown or crushed over the recipient's head to shower him or her with confetti. *

First you have to prick a hole in the top of the egg and then make a hole about pencil thickness on the bottom and blow the egg out thru the little hole. We were going to make scambled eggs or crapes but there was too much shell so we served it all to the animals instead. Then color the eggs.

Next, after they dry out, stuff them with confetti and glue a piece of tissue paper over the hole.
