It wasn't all as planned. I had wanted to spend a few weekends looking around, test driving a few. Not getting our hopes up too much on any particular car, THEN, surprising her by buying one without her knowing, detailing it, adding new awesome stuff to it, writing on the windows and parking it at school or something. BUT, this is the only car she has been interested in and the same make of a car she saw last fall that she really wanted. Sooooo....
She got a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire
It's not perfect but seems pretty sound
Getting new seat covers
And speakers in the back
it's a first car, not quite as cool as the brand new Hummers, Mustangs, and Chargers that her friends at school are getting
But a few friends are driving old Bronco II's, old Jeep Cherokee's, and old Geo Trackers too
Canyon is excited, he may be a car rider to school!
It's cute, it runs decent, and it looks like her
I think she is really happy, but scared too. I can hardly get her to drive at all. Maybe when she gets use to it, she will drive more.
Wait....is that a good thing??
P.S. Sahara....it's time to get a job!
