Sometimes Luna from next door (it's a boy) comes to snuggle and love when I'm on the front porch.
Canyon went to 2 Fall parties and got to paint a pumpkin at each.
We put Halloween up. Some of our neighbors beat us to it this year by putting their's up the beginning of September!
If your birthday party isn't 5 days long, are you even doing birthdays right?
Canyon got a lego set and balloon from his day center. They also made him cards.
Liam found him a hamburger popper.
He got cards, socks, a hat, and a phone.
We went to Silver Dollar City again. It was very crowded this time.
On our way for the almost 2 hour drive there.
Liam had a blast with the water cannons. It's a ride Sahara and I will pass on from now on unless it is scorching hot. We were completely drenched and it was chilly. Canyon even tried to jump out of the boat 3 times while we were on the ride but in the end he liked it.
Liam slept the entire way home.
When we got to our house, he had more gifts waiting.
Water heater woes. My water heater went out in September. Luckily, the other bathroom has its own water heater so we weren't out of hot water for showers. Turned out, the water heater in the garage had caught fire. 🤯
After run around with Lowes, I finally got a new one and Jared's dad installed it for me.
Last minute decided I am going to the No Kings 2.0 protest to fight for democracy. I am so glad I did. Much bigger crowd than last time, better vibes, lots of fun. Someone gave Canyon a chicken headband as soon as we got there and then another person handed him a flag.
There were a dozen inflatable costumes. Canyon loved them.
Pumpkin carving time. Canyon is a good de-gutter with kitchen gloves on.
We bought plastic teeth but didn't realize they need to be used on BIG pumpkins. I didn't buy any pumpkins this year. We just cut the pie pumpkins we painted at the parties earlier in the month.
Up state, Liam had fun with his.
The teeth look great in his.
Happy Halloween
