August - End of Summer, Dentist, Back to School, Liam's Birthday

Liam came back to Russellville with us for the last week of Summer and went to stay with his Granny for a few days. Then he came back to my house and Sahara came down. Liam got to play with my neighbor kids. They are 3, 4 and 5 so good ages for him.

We went to shop in Conway and these are the faces I got when I asked to take his picture with his new shoes on.

We went to Hideaway Pizza and he got dough to practice with while waiting.

He also found a container of slime in Canyon's closet.

 

Canyon had a long overdue dentist appointment.

He did very well.  Had 15 or so x-rays taken and an exam so off to David's Burgers we went for lunch.

We had to return the next day for the cleaning and he did perfect for that too. Next time we will get both appointments in 1.

We went back to David's again because we only get to go when we have appointments in Little Rock so not that often and the burgers are yummy.

Only took 24 years but I am finally recognized out in the hall!!

I also redid my class pictures so I can add several more years too them. I was out of space on the old poster board. Sadly, my 1st 4 years we did not do class photos.

Liam is Pre-K ready! 

Then a few days later, he turned 5!!

We went to TopGolf with a big crew. Liam and Canyon and around 10 other played for the 2 hours.

There were at least 20 of us in 3 bays.

The bay crew sang for him.

He made out like a bandit in the gift department.

We put his new basketball goal together (it was a pain!) and played some night ball.

July - The 4th, Beach Goers, Phoenix, Creek, Hippie is 10

Canyon and I went to our usual spot for fireworks.  Great show.  I sped up the finale. The people applauding at the end are from Whoville. 😅 

Sahara, Jared, and Liam went with most of Jared's (mom side) family on a Santa Rosa Florida beach trip.  They got to stay in a beach house with it's own private beach area.  Looks like a lot of fun!!

Canyon and I grabbed some plane tickets and headed to Phoenix for a get-a-way to see Nana and Papa.

We went to the Natural History Museum of Arizona.  They had a lot of dinosaurs.

We had a dinner at Aunt Carol's for Tony's birthday.

We went to the Odysea Aquarium.

 

We saw Superman.

1 pretty sunset.

We went bowling for the 1st time in over a decade.

 

Saw How To Train Your Dragon live action.

Made some tasty drinks.

And had some good swim sessions.

Back in Arkansas in Bella Vista, we went to McKisic Creek.

The water was ice cold but moving quickly, clear, and refreshing.

And the Farmers Market.  It way way too hot.

Hippie turned 10!
