Liam's Baby-Q

It seems like we always had time to get things together for this party and then all of a sudden it was June 20th!
Jared's grandparents let us use their over-sized carport for the set up.  It was a rainy day, not too bad, warm and humid, but 15 degrees cooler than they predicted so it really all worked out.

There were approximately 30 people who were able to come.

We brought corn-hole to play but the littles kind of took it over and did what they wanted with the beanbags.

Advice cards were filled out.  I guess we will have to see who the closest guesser is.

Other, much needed and appreciated, items that didn't make it to the party due to size, were given early and are already in the Liam room.

Dresser  and side tables should be ready next weekend and I'll add them then.

Thank you all for the love, gifts, and support!!

How cute is this nugget??

Liam at 30 weeks.

A big yarn for a tiny boy.

More Goodies for the Hull Hasienda

A restaurant near their house decided to close and sell all their patio furniture.  Sahara and Jared grabbed 2 sets for their back yard.

I found this old Willys truck tailgate bench and gave it a redo for their front porch.

Nana and Papa gave them a gift of a BBQ grill for a housewarming gift.

Jared's mom got them a small island for their kitchen.

2nd Wave?

Just trying to have a back up if it does become crazy again.  TP took 4 weeks to get back on the shelves and then it was limited and gone by 10 am for 3 more weeks.  Canned goods were wiped clean for 3 - 4 weeks.  Hand sanitizer is just now barely making a comeback 3 months later. Still no alcohol or peroxide to be found. So the last couple weeks I have been getting an extra of a few things and setting them aside. This isn't much but at least we can avoid the craziness of the stores and the panic buying for a couple weeks.

Russellville's Sesquicentennial

Happy 150th Birthday Russellville!!

We got back from Bentonville just in time to drop off the dogs and luggage, grab Taco Bell, and get a great spot for the firework show.  There was supposed to be a big free festival downtown but it ended up being a huge firework show and a parade of planes above.

New Job, New House....New TRUCK

We knew the old truck had issues but didn't realize until heading out to unload personal belongings from the old truck to the new just how bent the axle was.  👀
I should have gotten a picture but that thing was so unsafe.
New truck is a '15 F150 Lariat with 30,000 miles.  It's in mint shape inside and out.

Liam's Nook

Liam's room has a nook.  Sahara decided she wanted only that painted so she chose an ice blue, turquoise, and leaf green.  We got some frog tape and went with a prism or stained glass look.

There was some bleeding but overall looks decent.

Mask Making

Well, I didn't think making masks would be so difficult.  Canyon doesn't care for the elastic over his ear type or the tie type and the headbands I had bought got too stretched out.

It took a bunch of trial and error but I got a decent mask shape and used a lace headband with a button for the closure.  Better, but still working on it.

The next one I used velcro and think I'm on to something.

Then I ran out of headbands and had to make straps but this one is reversible!
(I'm giving it to Sahara who is in a hot zone now)

Not too bad. I'm out of thread now so this was the total for the day.

She's Chicken Joe!

😂😂😂😂😂
And baby is the size of a coconut!
