Stay at home month 2

With the weather being wonderful on non raining days, we have been doing a lot of walks and picnics.  This one was on the top of Mt. Nebo at Sunrise Point.

I've been trying to get some sun but it's only really warm enough to absorb the vitamin D.

It's so nice to sleep in the sunshine after lunch.

We're at the beach on the Arkansas River in front of River Front Park.

Canyon has been participating in a Zoom art class twice a week.

I asked Canyon to make his bed in the morning and showed him how and he has done it 25 out of 30 days.

Sometimes backwards, but I'll take it!

Bona Dea walking trails here.

After our Bona Dea walk we got curbside dinner and took it to Lake Dardanelle.

Canyon got a candy bouquet from Sahara for Easter (late).

He has continued horse therapy but I have been told medicaid will mostly likely not pay for it any longer so he may be having his last ride soon.  I can't remember how long he has been going but I think it's been 9 years now.

1 Month of Stay-At-Home

Easter was small with just Canyon and mom.

He colored eggs the day before, but we didn't do an egg hunt for the first time ever.

Sahara and Jared will have to get their baskets when quarantine is over.

Canyon got more bed sheets and the dogs got new collars.

What lazy-heads!

We had a wild storm blow in and dump some hail.  The whole storm lasted 15 minutes and then it was gone.

I cut Canyon's hair with the dog clippers and took about 3 inches off the back of mine.

It was a GLORIOUS day so we went to Merritt Park and walked the trails.  I haven't been able to get Canyon to walk the neighborhood with me...so we are going to drive some place to walk on nice days.

I really like these called Mayapples or American Mandrake.

Then we went to get some drive thru food and picnic on the beach at the Arkansas River.

The sun felt great and I could have napped out there but I left my purse in the unlocked car and so we decided to pack up and go home.
